CargoTrack is looking for a Project Manager to lead an innovative IT project!

What we're looking for:

A university degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related fields;
At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT services or R&D;
A solution-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results;
A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and software development life cycles;
Analytical problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills;
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and relationship management abilities;

What you'll do:

Develop and implement a structured project plan;
Define communication strategies and distribute tasks efficiently;
Monitor project risks, financials, and vendor management, ensuring client requirements are met;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization;
Support a smooth transition to the operational phase of the project;
Manage project closure and handover effectively.
Oversee project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery;
Validate technical solutions with the development team and proactively address challenges;
