We are seeking a talented Product Owner to join our team in Oradea, Romania.

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development and success of our software products.

What we're looking for:

Technical knowledge and continuous improvement mindset
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Understanding of software development processes and technologies
Teamwork and adaptability
Excellent communication and networking skills

What you'll do:

Participate in defining and communicating the product vision and strategy
Develop and maintain the product roadmap
Manage the product backlog, including prioritization and refinement
Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Review customer and market requirements
Work closely with development team in an Agile environment
Make data-driven decisions to guide product development
Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries
Support project execution and customer engagement
Monitor and report on product performance metrics
