We are seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Oradea, Romania.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in our product development lifecycle by designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

What we're looking for:

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in QA automation engineering or a similar role, with hands-on experience in test automation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG) and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java).
API Testing: Experience with automated API testing tools like Postman or REST-assured.
CI/CD Familiarity: Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on high-quality deliverables.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

Test Planning and Design: Collaborate with PM, PO and development team to understand requirements, create comprehensive test plans, and identify test automation needs.
Automation Framework Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
Test Script Development: Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and REST-assured.
Regression Testing: Automate and execute regression test cases to ensure new features and bug fixes do not break existing functionality.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to ensure smooth and automated testing processes.
Defect Reporting and Management: Identify, document, and track bugs through their lifecycle, collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
Quality Metrics: Measure and track quality metrics, such as test coverage and defect density, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and best practices in automation and testing, actively sharing knowledge with the QA team.
