Quality and Technical Sheets Officer
Responsibilities
- Checking the quality of installations performed by the technician team
- Training and mentoring new members of the installation team
- Scheduling interventions for open service tickets
- Communicating with customers who report issues, professionally and diplomatically
- Identifying recurring causes of failures and proposing solutions
- Working with the technical support department to prevent errors and improve processes
Requirements
- High school or college education with a technical focus
- Experience in installations, automotive electrical systems, or a quality control role
- Knowledge of the transport industry or an understanding of its specifics
- Very good communication skills, professionalism, and diplomacy in customer relations
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and have patience when training colleagues
- Organizational and planning skills
- Availability for occasional travel within Romania
- Category B driver’s license
