Installation Team Planner

Responsibilities

Daily and weekly scheduling of installation technicians: routes, order of jobs, team allocation
Setting appointments with customers and working with the sales team and customer support
Monitoring jobs and quickly reallocating resources in case of delays or unforeseen situations
Optimizing routes and reducing travel costs
Managing equipment handed over to the installation team (handover, return, periodic inventory)
Planning technicians’ vacations and days off
Periodic evaluation of technicians’ work and support in onboarding new colleagues

Requirements

High school or university education (a technical or telecommunications background is a plus)
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (planning, dispatching, coordinating field teams)
Experience in telecommunications or equipment installation is a plus
Very good organizational and planning skills, including during busy periods
Ability to handle multiple requests, teams and deadlines simultaneously
Clear and professional communication with both the team and customers
English – intermediate level; Hungarian is a plus
A proactive, detail-oriented person able to work independently
