We’re looking for a friendly person to support our customers in using the apps developed by CargoTrack.
You don’t have to be an IT expert, but you do have to like technology and like people.
What are we looking for in you?
- Communicating clearly and calmly (even with more agitated customers);
- Easily understanding how an app works and being able to explain it simply;
- Being organized and eager to learn;
- Experience in a support or call center role is an advantage, but not required;
- English – conversational level;
- Knowledge of the transport industry is a plus;

What will you be doing?
Your tasks will include:
- Answering questions about how our apps work (mobile or desktop);
- Guiding customers step by step when they have questions;
- Passing their feedback on to the technical team;
- Providing friendly support by phone or e-mail.
