eTDS App - EKAER Declarations
Get your EKAER number through the eTDS app the easiest way!
About the eTDS app – EKAER Declarations
With the eTDS EKAER package, we've simplified getting an EKAER number for you to the point where it takes just the push of a button.
The goal is for your dispatchers to stop wasting time filling out forms to obtain these numbers.
Since January 1, 2015, Hungary has implemented a system that minimizes the possibility of VAT fraud. Transporting goods on public roads with any vehicle requires applying for an EKAER number.
Each number is valid for 15 days, and those who organize and carry out the transit (which may include you) must have it and present it during any checks carried out by the authorities along the way.
Once you finish entering the trip information, you just press a button to get the EKAER number, followed by the CMR already filled in with all the information.
