How to pay the road toll or Hungary vignette through HU-GO

CargoTrack meets this need to pay the Hungary vignette online by creating an automatic payment system that integrates the OBU into the payment flow to the Hungarian state. The customer creates an account on the Hu-GO.hu website and deposits funds electronically, from which the Hungary vignette payments are deducted. Then, using the OBU connected to the online platform we provide, the process is automated. The customer no longer has to set the route in advance, and road toll payments in Hungary are made automatically, per vehicle, on all road categories it travels on.

To complete the Hungary road toll payment process, the following steps are carried out:

  1. For each device GPS for which HU-GO is required, a unique ID is generated;
  2. An account is created on the HU-GO platform;
  3. You top up your own virtual account with the money needed to pay the Hungary vignette tolls;
  4. Add your vehicles with complete information (number of axles, emission class, etc.)

Notes:

HU-GO transfers responsibility for correct payment to the customer, so you have both the HU-GO interface and the CargoTrack app at your disposal to spot any toll issues. Also, to carry out this toll payment you need the GPS equipment, which you can purchase from here.
