Because the Oradea-Borș area is a major border crossing point to Hungary, and from July 1, 2026 commercial vehicles with a mass between 2.5 and 3.5 tons that carry out international freight transport or cabotage in the European Union must be equipped with a second-generation intelligent tachograph, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1054. Can the existing GPS equipment still download the data from the 2 intelligent tachograph?
